how hard could it be to mix the shows?
i think they should do digital downloads (like pearl jam does and phish did). 10-15 bucks for soundboard quality mp3s or flacs of shows, i would be in heaven

It is a lot better than Folsom (self explanatory), Gorge (intolerable mix, 3 gigs and 3 waygs) , LS (the CD, at least, a dvd of fenway would have been nice) GGP (just a horrible performance), and so on. It is definatley not a 'terrible release.' Anyone who says that, I ask you if you have listened to the recordings, because I think it is evident you haven't. Two nights and no repeats except for can't stop. I do'nt think you can ask for much more. The only thing missing is Dreaming Tree and JTR.

Blooooow me.
Of course I listened to the recordings. I was a little harsh with "terrible release" because they are good shows its just that there are better shows from this tour. And its also missing Raven, Typical, Seek Up and Pay For What You Get. Now I know that you were there and all, but take a step back for a second and ask yourself if there was an older rarer show that you would like to be released instead.

Oh and nice way to end your argument by the way, was that at all necessary?

Typical and Seek Up have been on 3420985 releases. Pay For What You Get less so, but still. Half the time we complain that they milk their live releases and about how we have 40 versions of Jimi Thing, and now they release a brand new show from '06 and we still complain.

Yeah. Though some other shows from this tour have had better sets, I'm still gonna pick this up. I've been dying for a soundboard grace is gone with the hoedown outro since 04, plus last stop with rashawn ross, im totally there.

I just hope they mix it well. The jams were on. To me, some nights the jams are really flawless, like on CP. Other nights, usually the standard other shows that aren't releases, they aren't as memorable. The jams at Fenway and the versions of the songs were versions that I would like to hear officially released, so I'm excited.

I was there, I've also been to 15 other shows from which to judge that on. It is a solid release, there is no watchtower.

and yes, there are plenty of older shows that i'd rather see released (12.31, 12.8, 12.3, 4.7) but there will always be other shows I want to release. That does not in any way make this a terrible release.

two nights, only 5 stand up songs, and most are tolerable. If it was a release from '05 it would have been 9 stand up songs for ONE show.
