This article is not tongue-in-cheek. It is completely fake, in that they never even talked to Dave they just made it all up.paulaitchison wrote:very interesting artical, whilst it was mostly a joke,
im sure being dave after his two most recent and mostly adverage albums everyday and stand up (i count BStuff as the the album after BTCS; as it was basicly the lillywhite's),,,,,, that he may well be coming down a bit, and loosing interst in dmb a little. in interviews they say how cool stand up is and how enthused they about there new sound (really?) they are but really stand up was just good pop/rock songs that (for most songs) anyband cound have written....(something that cant be said for BTCS and UTTAD)
i feel there may be some truth in the "not able to connect with the younger crowd" and "someone to look up to "bit
not to take this rather toung in cheek artical seriously, but it got me thinking a little
so i would like to through this question out there...how long will dmb stay together? how many albums do people think they have left, and at what stage will they turn from touring for four months a year to touring for 4 concerts?

There is not a single truth in the article. Every word of it was made up.paulaitchison wrote:i must admit ive no idea what the onion is (though it seems a joke newspaper,) i thought that was just dave making jokes, but apparently its not true at all.Nitro1515 wrote:This article is not tongue-in-cheek.
