I really dont have much clue to the job of a producer. But surely if you dont like the freakin album point some of the blame at the Band at not all at the producer. He is the easy target for some of you people.
Whats the problem anyway? The album is good, better than allot of shit out there! Stop bitching bitches!

My problem with the producer is that he did a half-assed job. The loops are horrible. The recording quality is sub par. Where's dave's acoustic? Most of the album sounds like it was recorded with a shitty electro/acoustic plugged straight into the mixer.

THERE ARE BOMB SOUNDS! Ok, there was a war.. WE GET IT!
AND HE FADES OUT ALMOST EVERY SINGLE SONG! TRY SOMETHING DIFFERENT YOU BIG SACK OF ASS!

sorry for the caps

Since when is this band a worldwide democracy where we can steer the band in whatever direction we see fit?
I know a petition is a crazy idea that wouldn't do a thing. I just think there are a lot of people who have poured a ton of money into this band and they are a little pissed with the last couple albums being pretty shitty.
shut up. I'm not one to really give a shit what people say, or care much if you feel like you have to bitch- but no one makes you buy their stuff. You're all a bunch of retards.
What the fuck is your problem? I just said a petition obvioulsly wouldn't do anything. As a consumer I have the right to bitch about whatever I want, and by using your logic nobody makes you read my posts so if you don't like it don't respond to it.

I dont think he would know if he liked it if he didnt read it? :D

My attitude is if the new songs sound great live, then more blame should go to the producer for fucking up songs that otherwise would be good,
Forget about the reasons and the treasons we are seeking
Forget about the notion that our emotions can be swept away, kept at bay
Forget about being guilty, we are innocent instead
For soon we will all find our lives swept away

You sir, need a life. :)
I like the cd, sorry you dont but I doubt the band cares. They cant come out with the same type of album over and over again. Do you know how boring that would be. I think a lot of people like the cd (the more most listen to it they like it more) I am personally starting to love it. Its not my favorite but I think its damn good. Much better than I, you, or anyone else could put out. If you dont like it, sorry, they cant please everyone.

I would like to see one more Lillywhite album before they retire though.

PLease let this be the last thread about he album. This is far beyond annoying & even though I don't personally care for the album, I'm not going to bitch about it.

I agree with you jayme. I hate seeing all these people saying this that and another thing about the album..so fucking what? You don't like it. Don't start 150 threads stating the album sucks, because everyone here that likes it really doesn't give a shit

If you do a petition complain about the FBI protection thing or ask them to do a lillywhite album before they stop recording.

You sir, along side all of these other people, need to realize it was more of a jest to show my disappointment with Batson. I was not ever serious about making a petition. They never do any good anyway, but I just want to see someone different there.

I do like this CD, a lot. It's just not what I wanted in the sense of DMB. DMB CDs to me > every other music.

I think you should make a petition to get Dr. Dre and Pharell to produce the next album!
