Uh, how do you know the chick in the end of The Space Between is Julia. He was married to Ashley by the time he wrote that song.

Forget about the notion that our emotions can be swept away, kept at bay
Forget about being guilty, we are innocent instead

It's a theory of mine. He and Julia are still friends, yes. He said in the earlier 90s during a d&t show after playing IBYU, that they are still friends.

In the video, you see a woman which a child in the water, blonde hair (like his wife) and dave was expecting only 1 baby at the time, he didn't know about twins yet (and the video was dave's idea, like I did it). Then you see a young couple in the truck, and no one knows what julia looks like but many suspect she is "black" and recently could have been about her as well. The young couple could have been dave and julia when they were young. Then she looks much older in the end, when dave walks to her. Then there are songs written around the 2000-2001 time that might seem to be reference to her return to dave's life: Grey Street, What You Are, Sleep To Dream Her

Again, though, just a theory, no real hard proof. It would explain somethings, though.

Gawd, if someone who a song like Haloween about me I would never want to see them again. Of course, I would not be dumb enough in the first place to turn aside someone who wrote IBYU about me.

I hate it when they let you view videos on a site, then disallow you after a few times saying you have to register. I hate registering with things because I always get tons of junk mail.

Those videos are great! I've watched them over and over again. My favorite is the So Much To Say video. Dave says that's what his mind looks like. DDTW is very passionate song, and fits the destruction of other people's civilization for their greed. Stay was done is Virgina, and everyone were people who lived there. The Space Between is beautiful, and lures the idea of Julia Grey that has somehow returned into his life (watch the young couple, dave and julia, and the end with julia returning, and dave sighing, and going off to talk with her). Gravedigger is intense, and great. Grey Street and Grace is Gone are amazing from the footage of the Gorge.

They are great videos! I like them more than almost all the music videos I've seen. Ants Marching is great with all the lighting. Satellite is beautiful, the problem is that you barely see Timmy in the vid, same with crush, not enough timmy. Crash Into Me is also very kewl, and the dancers were picked up in the town they were at, who did artistic dances, and they came to do the video. Also, in the crash video, I love the clothes boyd's in.

Damn, you guys are all completely crazy, check yourself into the nearest mental institue now, before you harm someone. *walks away, slowly without his back turned til he leaves the door*
They met the dancers in a Chinese restaurant, I believe. Weren't they the waitresses or something?

Anyway, it's comtemporary/progressive dance. It's like ballet, but with a twist of modern ideas and story-telling movements. (I take ballet and jazz.) Usually, that style of dance is used to express political views or stories of struggle and/or passion.

Now that I've given too much info, I'll just... shut up.
