DMB Collaborations

Can anyone give me a list of other famous artists the band or Dave has collaborated with (such as guests on stage / duets / album contributions)?

Examples:

Neil Young
Phish

etc

I've got hear this. Where can I get hold of it? You know that combo was one of my, "man, if I could have 2 of my fav artists play together, it would be dave and ben".

It was the Vote for Change show at the Kohl center in Madison. It was a great show, I remember them playing All Along the Watchtower.

dave collaborated with Jason Mraz and his congo player for a few tunes, thats not on the list
