he bummed around there (2 years, maby but i guess 6 months, see VH1 driven)

he never lived in london, he lived in cambridge for about 2 years though
yeah, in the VH1 Driven it talks about him playing STJL on the streets of amsterdam for money.

His bio on the official site says this:
The key move for Dave Matthews Band fans, of course, was when he relocated in 1986 to Charlottesville, VA, where his parents had lived before he was born. Though he also logged time back in South Africa and in Amsterdam, it was in Charlottesville where Matthews — who took piano lessons as a child before picking up the guitar at age nine — became part of the local music community and hatched the idea for his own band.

Hey guys - Anyone now what the deal is with collecting Warehouse tickets? Do you HAVE to have some ID saying that you're the person whose name they're under, or do you just need the confirmation email or something?

pretty sure you need to bring the card you used to purchase the tickets. have a look at the WH rules, there's info about it there.

Damn, im really excited as well to see the Copenhagen show - ive been wishing that he'd come to Denmark for years, and although I am a bit disappointed that he wont bring his chumps, theres no need to "pray for more from above".

Uhm, just for people who didnt see my post http://www.dmbtabs.com/boards/viewtopic.php?t=31924 in the DMB tour forum, ive got room for people coming to copenhagen to see his show. Hit me with a message, and i'll arrange for you.

Also, ive ordered my tickets through WH, but anyone that want tickets and can't get them there, I'll be happy to stand in line here and get them for you. Its the least I can do.

Look forward to a great show!
