Am I the only one who noticed that the official RCA website misspelled Matthews???

Per a notice in the Fenway CD Package:

"Best Of What's Around" Volume 1 feature and impressive collection of Dave Matthews Band songs as part of a special double disc. The first CD will contain some of the band's greatest studio recordings, such as "Best Of What's Around, Crash Into Me, and "Where Are You Going." The second CD will consist of the most popular unreleased live performances by DMB as chosen by the band's fans!

Available in stores 11/06/06

Yeah I could care less about what they pick out of the studio stuff, hopefully we get some good rare soundboards on the second disc

wow that actually makes me more interested knowing they are dedicating a whole disc to rare and live songs. The studio cuts will be good for europe and newb/semi fans

that's the whole point. labels now have to do something special on greatest hits cds to get the diehards to buy them — usually it's 1 new song. but this way they can charge for the cost of 2 CDs :thumbsup:

i'll probably still get it, but don't delude yourself — it's a ploy to sell more CDs.

yeah but at least it's getting dmb off the label, it seems they are not happy with RCA

this may be a dumb question but i looked on the davematthewsband.com site and did not see anywhere where you can pre-order the best of what's around nor did i ever receive/see that little bit of information about the greatest hits cd like nitro1515 said. where did u find/get that?
