It's the feeling I get when I think about shaving my head with my father right before he died of brain cancer just because I didn't want him to go bald alone.
It's the feeling I get when I think about playing basketball with my stepfather right before he died.
It's the fear I got when my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer two months after my stepfather died.
It's the happiness I have knowing that my mom is finally happy, engaged once again.
It doesn't matter to me if you're looking for sympathy or not dude, i'm gonna give it to you. I am really sorry about that. is your mom alright with the breast cancer? my friends mom died of breast cancer. it was a really bad day when he told us. wow....What a time you must have had. Honestly, i don't know what i would do without my parents. but then again, i said that for my grandpa before he died, and i'm over it now. i mean i think about him if the topic comes up at all, but i'm not sad constantly like in the beginning.
Again, i'm sorry. things will brighten up. you got a whole life in front of ya! hehe.

Luckily they found the breast cancer early enough that they were able to get rid of it. Because she went ahead and did chemotherapy and radiation treatments, there is almost a 99% chance that she will never see the cancer again. She is fine, and we are recovering as a family. I am happy to say that she is engaged, and from what I can tell, she is truly happy.

y'all should go see love actually.
it'll make you believe.
"Forget about what you are escaping from," he said, quoting an old maxim of Kornblum's. "Reserve your anxiety for what you are escaping to."

I hate chick flicks.
Forget about the reasons and the treasons we are seeking
Forget about the notion that our emotions can be swept away, kept at bay
Forget about being guilty, we are innocent instead
For soon we will all find our lives swept away

whew. thank god man. hope her the best in her marriage.
yea...chick flicks are really boring. the only good thing about them is being really loud in a movie theatre filled with those teenage chicks who actually want to see the movie. so you make fun of everything...and clap, and holler, and whistle, and all that stuff!! ahhh being obnoxious...lol

When Harry Met Sally is the only one I really like, because it applies so much to my life and relationships.

Cary Elwes is seriously the sexiest british actor out there. Up there with Laurence Olivier (in that shakespeare kinda way), Peter O'Toole(in that tipsy arabian nomad kinda way), and Peter Sellers(In that, well, Dr. Strangelove kinda way).
