How could I burn these to disks so I don't have to store these big files on my laptop? It goes without saying I wouldn't be trading these.btbesong wrote:you'll have to find some good soul with whom to do a trade/b&pAndre_GT7 wrote:i just want to know where the version that i can burn to a DVD is...what? im pretty lost

I guess what I'm wonderin' is if they'll burn to DVD-R disks without any special conversion process.
nevermind if it's 'unethical', it's cool.

you can burn them to whatever disc you want. but it will still be a wmv file. so you cant throw it in your dvd player to watch it. you would have to convert it to the correct formatting.sixstring wrote:checkii wrote:i've run out of images of people slapping their forehead....sixstring wrote:How could I burn these to disks so I don't have to store these big files on my laptop? or you can just burn them to regular cd's as data discs.

Dont most dvd burning programs convert the files automatically??
1 other question...I understand that with a better quality DVD floating around you wouldnt want us trading this one. Is it really an issue if i am burning it for my own personal use?

Not an issue at all if you are burning for your own personal use. By all means go ahead and enjoy the show. The issue comes in when these discs sprout wings and wind upin other peoples hands....and then they migrate into the trading pool, which IS a big deal.proudestmonkey41 wrote:Dont most dvd burning programs convert the files automatically??

This video is one of my absolute favorites and I have offered up B&P's of it to a good number of people on these boards. I would think that if someone made a request for it in the Trading Depot forum that they could get hooked up pretty easily.
