Here is a link to their website showing the product. I'm not sure if there is a free trial, but you can at least scan for free, and it will let you know what the problems are and how to fix them.

You need to first turn off System Restore. If you don't do that , most will come right back. The trick is to turn off System Restore, then boot the computer in Safe Mode, Run the scans in safe mode, so the spyware isnt loaded into memory. Some you may have to do registry editing. If you need help doing this , let me know. I have a side business for fixing computers.

If you have spysweeper open, click on the shields tab on the left hand side, and make sure that everything is activated. Also, double check that your definitions are updated. Try restarting and run a full sweep after that, and hopefully that will help.
Do you use a pop-up blocker in general? There are a couple of very good ones that are out there that are free to use.
