the set felt longer than it says on paper because he was talking so much... he was fucking funny.
his guitar work is so amazing, and ive got to fix the tab for american baby cause its played (during the chorus) diffrently (he plays the bass notes of the verse when doing the riff.)
it was so strange to be in a room full of brits who were all singing Honey honey come and dance with me, (though i think there was about 10% us and 10% SA)
the new song was a really nice ballad with great lyrics in the middle of the song.,,, he was taking about a bush man trance and came up with cool yelling groove.
...... also,,, i shouted really loudly "full europian tour", he said,,,,,, "now thats what im talking about, yes", which got a huge cheer from all the croud as we all wanted one.
there were people aged 13-65 there, it was amazing, very cool experence.
i had am amazing night. i thought the set was great, but the best part was the banter and stories and stuff, dave is very funny. i hope someone taped it, however i didnt see anyone with recording equipment.
it was such a great night/ show.

Hey guys.

What a fucking night. Can't believe it....I think I was stood right in front of you Paul, I also shouted come back soon, and he said yeah... I've got some pics too I'll put up. He sang a bit of Ayhee acapella, with the crowd hitting a beat....wow.

I got to meet a couple of fellow fans there, and whilst I was talking about the set with one of them, an american ginger haired guy in his 40's came up and asked if we liekd it, and how did we get into DMB. We both told him, then I asked him how he got into them, and he replied "I manage Dave". Holy shit. Loads of questions went through our heads, the one that came out was " Are they coming over here soon to tour?" and he replied " Oh yeah, definitely, this has really started something now. Dave had an incredible time, he's really happy about coming over". Now THAT made the night.

Some wicked davespeak last night....

I met a young guy there who went with his Dad for his Birthday. I think they paid a fair bit on ebay for tickets, but the kid (Tom) actually met Dave earlier in the afternoon, got his tickets signed, and some pics of him and Dave. Nice birthday present. Dad done well methinks...

Also met a US guy who's been to 29 shows...man he was EXCITED.

Awesome show, I was right at the left front of the stage, but the speakers. Filmed a couple of the songs and some davespeak. The video quality isn't all that, but the audio came out excellent. Here's the new song, copy and paste the whole thing:

We hung around outside after the show, and he came out after 30 minutes or so. I got an autograph on a really nice photograph I got from an Irish guy. I just got home, I'll post more later.

Yes I was standing behind you in the queue against the wall with my girlfriend. You were there with your brother and friends. I thought it might be you but I didn't wanna look like an ass if it wasn't you. Haha
