In that order for a while now.

Yes, I know. The only reason I like it so much is because it was the first DMB song I ever heard. So it's mostly out of it being my "gate-way" song, so-to-say.
wow. I'm sure the band is sorry they introduced themselves to you with that song. I'm also sure they won't make it up to you later with a phenomenal album. Sucks to be you!
Uhh.. the way that post came off made it seem like you assume I didn't go back and listen to their older stuff. Also, I'm a big fan of how odd the lyrics are for the song personally.. Oh well, to each their own they say

Heh, I Did It was also my first song and I love it because of that.

Other favorites... I'd have to say Pig, Ants and no one's mentioned it but I really love Rhyme & Reason.

Watchtower fucking rules, but its not theirs so does it count?

I remember when I Did It first came out, I actually liked it. It was different and I was younger, haha.

The Stone

I have to play it (even if it's just the intro a few times) everytime I pick up my guitar. The lyrics are so amazing and the music is beautiful in the end. Such a mix of emotions. Love it.

#41 is by far my favorite, but Pig, liog, and The Stone usually battle it out for second.

Doesn't it happen to you that after reading someone post something about a song (for example something about halloween) you might start to listen to that song with a different preconception???

I didn't like halloween at all, but I read a few posts about it and that changed my whole thinking bout the song.

Now I can listen to it just as any other dmb song. (used to skip it as mad)

Fede

Jul. 12-2008 (West Palm Beach)
