Funny how y'all are talking about proper tee-shirt care and someone, by divine coincidence the discussion changed to San Francisco?

Thats is the biggest misconception about SF. I haven't noticed anymore gays there than here in Virginia Beach.

But, its a catch-22, because I love sharing DMB's music with everyone, but at the same time, when EVERYONE has a warped conception of my favorite band, I wish they were a little more esoteric at times.
you are so damn right.

seriously, out of my 40 closest friends, maybe 3 know I like DMB. No one else has any clue that i have been hooked on them like heoin for ages.
you got more than 40 friends?

wow. I'm got 6 friends and 40 acquaintances.

my dmb show pet peeve is when the crowd starts chanting "two-step" *clap clap* "two-step"...

then the band plays it..

seems to be done every year i go to the pittsburgh shows

and then i wonder, what song they were planning on playing, till the drunken idiots surrounding me began their chant

This year it matched up with the real setlist in Pitt on 6/5:

Has anyone heard the recording from a concert in '01 from the sound board where you can hear Dave talking about the people with Pig signs and he says, "I might play the pig when I don't see the signs"

I doubt they play to any chants they hear. Dave always makes a big deal about him, carter and Stefan agreeing to play a quality show that doesn't kill them and to bring out two step on a whim would be tough.
