Germany and the Dave Matthews Band
House prices stagger wherever you live in the US. I know the average house in the san francisco bay area is around $650k
San Diego, you're looking at an average of $400k
but Nevada, you're looking at $100k
it all depends on where you want to live.
Just like you can schose between london and Leicster.
I suggest flying out here, crashing with someone, catch a DMB show and see how you like ameerica, and travel around a bit.

over here if you get a good house for a hundred grand or so, put about 30 grand into it and itll bump the resale up to over 200 thousand. a lot of people here buy cheap old houses, put in money, make it nice, and then sell it again at almost twice the price. you make a lot of money.Dale_Milligan wrote:jellyfish wrote:You can always move across the pond.Dale_Milligan wrote:My opinion, being from England, is that out country ( maybe europe) just suck when it comes to music. For some reason, 97 freakin percent of the country only listens to poppy shit. Like Britney/Robbie Williams/Westlife/ The Cheeky Girlsthe list goes on. When i finally come across someone who likes bands it such a breath of freash air.
Its not just the Dave Matthews Band either, people i love also like Ben Folds, Counting Crows, Ryan Adams, Howie Day noone or very few have heard of these bands. Pop culture i suppose.
How i wish i could change the world.
Mmmm never thought of that, tell me how much you pay for a 2 bedroom house in America these days? In England your looking at, for something half decent about 70 k? thats about 145 k in dollas? ( my pound sign isnt working) Whats Americas prices like?
