I too have heard/read that dave drives a soobaru.

Does anyone know what kind of shoes dave wore back in the day, say UTTAD days? Cause i've always seen them to be almost skater-shoes. I've never been able to tell what kind of shoes dave has worn when, during UTTAD or when wearing the flannels.

That last question wasn't a joke, i really do wan't to know what shoes dave wore back in the day. :)

I think if you look at one of the new studio album videos, you can see a Subaru Outback in the background. They are talking to Carter outside and behind him is a two story house and parked by it is a Subaru. I think it is the video entitled "View from the Inside" or something like that.

I have the orange pick you are referring to. Mine has a DMB logo that my mom picked up somewhere for me. It has it's own little protective sleeve too.

Might not be...but there might be a slight chance that the guy can afford two cars. One in Seattle and one in VA...needless to say if it is that is cool. I think just looking at what the guy drives (a normal, everyday kind of car) speaks volumes for what type person he is.

Carter probably drives some kind of pimpmobile.
Fitting.

Dave does indeed drive a Subaru....and here is a story about that.
I live / work in the Virginia Beach, VA area. A girl that works for me went back to her hometown on Ohio one time to visit family. When she was driving back here from Ohio, she had to travel on Route I-64 that goes past Charlottesville. Well she was driving along and came up on the rear of a Subaru that was driving like an old lady.....so she passed it....and guess who was driving? Yep, Dave himself. Now she is a huge Dave fan and she wanted to make sure, so without drawing attention to herself she slowed down to get behind him. On the rear bumper was a bumper sticker that said "Do it for Fenton" so she knew it was him.
She sped up agian to pullalong side him....beeped her horn...he looked over and she flashed the CD cover of Busted Stuff at him and gave him the thumbs up (it was around the time Busted Stuff had come out). He smiled and geve her the eyebrow thing.
She didn't want to look like a stalker so she passed him and went on her way.

So he does drive a Subaru. She did say that it looked kind of old....apparently Dave is not very materialistic when it comes to cars.
