This was tough because DMB and Pearl Jam are my 2 favorites in this poll. Had to go with DMB.

i don't understand how in polls like this the second place band could ever come back and get first place. i think its set in stone by now.

no, they aren't. 10 was pearl jam's plateau as a band, which is unfortunate, because it was an incredible album. vs. was ok, but everything after that was a big steaming turd, with a side of ball cheese.
No, Ten was good but Yield was better and that was their 5th album.
Riot Act, blows.. i'll agree to that and that is their only album which is sub par.
Since we're comparing the bands, DMB's last good album was BTCS which was like........7 years ago. Think about it. Thanks for playing.

If they would have just released Lillywhite sessions, that was some great work: Bartender, Grey Street, You Never Know, Big Eyed Fish, Busted Stuff(accousic rocks)

LWS anyone? btcs is good but i like the leaked lws material more. and yea i love pearl jam, been a big fan for years but i dont think theyve got anything on dave, each band does different things for my tastes, its hard for me to compare them but in the end i'd have to go with dmb.

when the hell did LWS come out in stores? Oh right, never. It doesn't count.

I voted dmb, but U2 was a close second, followed by RHCP. I never got into PJ

why dont the lws songs count? PJ b sides are just as important as their hit songs when making such a comparison IMO
