He would just go solo. They are his songs. Without Dave then Boyd,Leroi,Carter, and Stefan are really nothing. Well Boyd has his solo album but he probably wouldnt have released it without being in the DMB first. Dont get me wrong i would be upset if they did break up because they are the perfect mix. But the music wouldnt stop.
Carter nothing without Dave? Check yo' self

Umm, I wouldnt be so sure about either of your comments. They are lucky they found each other.
Nothing though? I think not...you boobie
Well, he already was in Secrets which wasnt doing too shabby. Him, Leroi, and Butch (I just found out Butch was in it too). Its hard to tell, but he wouldnt be as big as he is now without Dave.
None of them would be big, but...nothing? I mean they were all doing their own thing before Dave came around, so I mean..would they be doing nothing? No, would they be anywhere close to their superstar status? Hellll no.
..yeaaaah
Did I ever say they would be nothing? Helll no. I said no where near what they are now. Lay off the chronic man..and learn to read!
I'm not saying you said that you
buttpack...I was just quoting you for the hell of it

Same here....douchesack.
Asspalate....

I think that they will last as long as they remain "cool" in a pop sense. The "cool" factor is much more important than the "good" factor. This is evident in the cycling of artist who are hot, then not, and then people use their name as a punchline. This may seem impossible, but look at 80's artist who were around for a decade, and now we mock what they sang. As long as Dave maintains enough mystery, they should stay around for decades. Our children will decide this for us.

Yeah, they are actually called fannypacks. But buttpack is a totally acceptable synonym for it. 8)
And I do think that they are cool!
So sexy!

i would be stoked if they stuck around for years, i mean dave could fart in a microphone and i'd probably buy the record

. i'd love if they played for years to come and i'd totally buy anything they put out from here on out. its diffecult cause they have obviously had there new/fresh awesome tour and the newer/fresh awesome tour and yet another newer/fresh awesome tour. i guess led zepplen played for decades and are still popular but the way the "business" of music is going i just can't speculate how dmb's future will ride. all i know is i'm stoked about the new album and i love all the new songs. if another one comes out i will love it as well. dmb has put a lot energy and love into their career as musicians and i think they know their fan following and i know they won't let us down. i'm actually stoked that they might just start releasing old live shows. i have soo many live shows and i listen to them constantly and i will make my children listen to them. dmb has deffinetely made and impression in my life and really thats what i hold deerest. *end rant*
