Smart move on kerry's part.
Forget about the reasons and the treasons we are seeking
Forget about the notion that our emotions can be swept away, kept at bay
Forget about being guilty, we are innocent instead
For soon we will all find our lives swept away

I hope all you Kerry fans understand that Clinton and Kerry supported the Iraq war and still do, they say it time and time again even in Clintons new book. Sorry, I just had someone today tell me that Kerry opposed the war which is 100% not true, he just said he would have done things a bit different. So even Clinton and Kerry said the world is a much safer place than it was with the evil dictator killing his own people.

I am not a Democrat (actualy, I am democratic socialist), but I am voting for Kerry. I hope that dmb fans aren't going to vote for Kerry just because dmb backs him. What I hope is that they will look more closely at Kerry and vote for him because of what they see. Our country is in such a horrible state, and our dealings with the world are making the USA and the world an even more terrible place. I am scared, actualy petrified, that a World War III will come if we keep going down this path :( .

A few points and responses:

1) The following/"warehouse" would be in an uproar if Dave was doing a Bush concert. While we are a diverse bunch, 85% of us range to the political left, or would if they cared.

2) Dave's influence shouldn't be condemned or criticized. We recieve others politicals prejudices all the time. Saying Dave shouldn't talk about his opinion when political opinions are all over the TV and coming from the others in our lives is bullshit. It also is an insult to the intelligence of the person recieving the message, we all can decide for our own damn selves.

3) Although a proud heterosexual myself, I think anyone who uses the adjective "gay" as an insult is a moronic jackass homophobe douchebag.

4) If you really are a hardcore Bush supporter, you're just not paying attention.

About Kerry's war support: Many, many politicians voted to support the presidents power to go to war there's an important difference between voting for the president to be able to go to war, which a lot of politicians on both sides did, and agreeing with the ignorant and destructive way the president used that power to go to war that ended up getting all of OUR troops killed, instead of spreading the deaths evenly across the UN as it should have been. But even aside from the war, there are lots of reasons to hate the Bush administration: The National Debt at it's lowest point after Clinton put it into the greatest surplus we ever had, our destroyed foriegn relations, putting cancer and a million other diseases years behind with his ignorant Stem Cell policies, Fucking the Environment, giving no-bid billion dollar contracts to Dick Cheney's company, even and especially after it was convicted of grossly overcharging America for everything, spending all of OUR (that's us gen x and y) social security money, fucking medicare, hurting education with his infamous unfunded educational mandates, allowing companies like Enron to screw the taxpayers out of millions of dollars, not hunting for Bin Laden, causing North Korea to amp up their Nuclear Program...

And that's without everything involved in Iraq.

Clinton came closer to Osama than anyone way before 9/11 and never did anything about it...both parties have failed in that matter...
