No DVDs here!!!!!!

I've looked for the DVDs I haven't got (I have only the CP) in Milan, Rome and Naples...I looked in all the music shops and...NOTHING!!!
Nobody has them!!!!!!!!
How can I order them online??? How much must I pay for shipping costs?
