it seems strange that they didnt pull out anything new for this show, even a new cover but especially no sit-ins by anyone else who was at the show

It would be wierd to see them outside....

I liked all the trapped acoustics from the arenas they played in over the winter.

eh, it was an ok show.... the band was really into all the music, especially dave. the problem was crowd feedback- it seemed to me that dave just didnt fit in at bonnaroo. the only time the crowd was really into it was when they played covers, especially tell me somethign good, and the phish songs... even then the crowd seemed dull, the part in bathtub gin where the crowd would sing along was especially weak in comparison to the crowd at one of the D+F shows this winter. Just considering the performance itself it was a really well put together set, even better than the one i saw in december... and everyone playing was really enthusiastic, but with a crowd as unenthused as that one it almost didnt matter. Definitely not a dave crowd.

with that said, bonnaroo fucking rules. i cant wait for next year and i dont want to go to work tomorrow
