Minarets Intro

Unread post by Mr. Corn » Sat Mar 13, 2004 4:12 pm

I'm listening to DMBCentral.com and I just heard a really cool intro to Minarets in which he's kinda scatting and it sounds like he's got back up vocals too. Anyone know what this intro is called or what I'm talking about? I'm trying to get a copy of Minarets with that intro.

i think its just called the scat intro... theres a really good version of it on the 3/19/94 show, leroi gets into the intro and starts a kind of rapping-scatting thing

The only problem with this station is they don't tell you where the song is from.

That's actually the Live from Athens, GA 4.06.94 show. Great show, and a freeggin awsome What Would You Say Jam..

By the way, if you ever need to know a version, most of the time I man the station playlist, othertimes I just have it on shuffle. Regardless, just send me an AOL INstant Message to (DMBfret) and i'll let you know what version it is, and play a request! :-) Thanks for listening y'all, I think it's really cool you dig it. :-)

guys, yes it does say the version. it says it at the beginning and end of the song. if you want it in the middle of a song, just get out of the station and go back in.

I have iTunes, and the Radio on there tells you what show it's from. :)

Question, how do you make an internet radio station? I've been wanting to set one up, but can't find anything on it. Can you help me out? PM me, email me, answer here if you like. Thanks. :)
