Hey
Hey
I'm sure you're all aware of the upcoming fall tour, and with it, the highest demand to see DMB to date. I'm not even sure if you guys go to shows anymore, but if you're not a WH member, and you don't feel like dealing with ticketmaster, and most importantly, have a little extra cash to spare, coasttocoasttickets.com (Austin, Tx based firm) is now selling tickets for all fall shows. I called and asked how they already have seats available considering there hasn't been a pre-sale yet, and the answer i got was that brokers own certain chunks of seats throughout various venues, and they are selling those tickets them based on that knowledge.
You don't have to agree with this practice, I'm not asking you to. Just letting you know that this place exists. As for their legitimacy, I bought tickets from them last year, all DMB shows, and didn't have any problems.

I pulled the trigger and bought MSG & Charlottesville.

Absolutely nothing....
I just spent $600 on N2 of MSG and N1 & N2 of Charlottesville. Just thought I'd help some old friends out if they could afford it.
And let me clarify, I'm not urging you to buy these tickets, just letting you know they are available. When I do use brokers, which is quite a lot, I found that buying the tix ASAP saves you a lot of money. For example, I bought my Wrigley tix (GA) from Stubhub 30 minutes after they went on sale to the public for $130. A day later the same tickets were selling for at least $300 and as high as $2,000.
