I hope they have a CT show. I checked the almanac, and it looks like Spring tours normally don't include CT venues.

How long has it been since they did a non-summer tour?

Oct. 3-2008 (Buenos Aires!)
Oct. 14-2010 (Buenos Aires!)

Well there hasn't been a full band spring tour in the US since 2002.

it's just been announced on the dmb website that the tour and the new album will be released on april 14th

Just came here to post that. There is also a show that night at MSG with Timmy, Jeff Coffin, and Rashawn.

Glad to get a release date.

Does this mean a shortened summer tour? If so, yuck.

It's great to have a date, though. I'm very curious to see what kind of material they put out this time around. Half of me says it is going to suck horribly and the other half is very cautiously optimistic of a decent release.

I haven't listened to them in probably about a year and a half, but I'm definitely excited for some new stuff. I can't believe its already been 4 years since Stand Up.
