Summer 06 Tour Predictions

The dates are out for another summer of DMB touring. How do you guys think its gonna go? Will some Lillywhite and BTCS songs return, or will Stand Up tunes stay on top?

I'm thinking it will be better than 05, even though I appriacted 05 more than most people it seems. Hopefully some new, unheard material (be it from the Stand Up sessions or for the new album) will be roadtested. After seeing #34 come back last year, I wouldn't be overly shocked if JTR came back. After a 2 year hiatus, Last Stop, Dreaming Tree, and Spoon may come back as well. I also think some standard tunes that were absent last year will make their return in 2006 (i.e. Satellite, Grace is Gone).

What are you guys feeling?

Busted Stuff, JTR, and FTT will return. I asked dave to do it as a favor for me and he said "werd doggy"

I think that some new material will peek through. Still some Stand Up songs, but not overwhelming. It'll be a nice blend. Look for Pig and Cry Freedom to be played :wink:

I think it's going to be all Blue Water--Heathcliff--Typical--WYA encores. All summer long.

I do think after a whole summer and winter of the Stand Up songs they will weed out the good ones like they did with the Everyday songs.

I just want to be at one show where they play Ants Marching.

It's my favorite song and I've always missed them play it by like 1 show...

Thats all I dont care if they just play the same note over and over for 10 other songs. if they play ants I will scream like a little girl

They aren't really rare, but I've never seen them live full band (ive seen the stone and bartender d&t)

Maybe... the both feel like winter songs to me though.

And I want this to be the year I can hear Crush, #41 and/or Seek Up live. There's not much else that they could REASONABLY play that I haven't heard live already.
