They havent played there since 98 and theyve only played there a handful of times alltogether, probably not very likely: http://www.dmbalmanac.com/venuestats.asp?vid=1216

these days they mostly play at the pepsi center. (Or is the one in Denver the coca cola center? I can't remember.)
Forget about the reasons and the treasons we are seeking
Forget about the notion that our emotions can be swept away, kept at bay
Forget about being guilty, we are innocent instead
For soon we will all find our lives swept away

this may well be the most retarded thing i've ever heard. red rocks is just way too small to meet the demand. something like 9,000 seats. it would have to be a four-five night stand.

that would be what made it cool, but not a 4 or 5 night stand

Id piss myself if they did. I already am planning to go to Alberquerque(sp). Id never think they would come back here after the last concert. Im so happy to find it out it may not be my last.

yes, this is what's hot on the rumor mill right now. it wouldn't surprise me. i think the band is trying to PR its way back to its old disillusioned fans, and what better way than to go back to red rocks?

edit: disillusioned isn't the right word. i can't figure out what word i was thinking of there so i'll just leave it. disheartened maybe? whateva

Yea, but if you ever hadve been to red rocks, security is almost non-existent. They pat you down at the entrance, but they full out frisked us at the Pepsi Center, and some still got a knife through. At the Incubus concert, they had a guy walking through the seats selling Sepacial Cookies. 9,4000? Whenever I look around it seems like a lot more. The seats are packed for sure, but a lot of people also camp out on the side of the aisles.
