Please God, this song has most awesome, perfect, thundering combination between stefan and carter, and as I've said many times, is Boyd's last great song.

Leave: Hunger for the great light
This song is a pile of garbage. Its boring, dissonant, it never changes much from show to show, and has totally forced lyrics.

Stay Away: Raven. This song is good with dave solo, but does not make very good use of boyd ot roi with the band.
For some reason I think the band rejected this song. Mainly because it was played on the Dave and Friends tour. I don't think any DMB songs were played by all of those guys at once (not just Dave and Tim). Good song though, not sure why they dropped it.

F***.

Edit: I was talking about SUAD
Forget about the reasons and the treasons we are seeking
Forget about the notion that our emotions can be swept away, kept at bay
Forget about being guilty, we are innocent instead
For soon we will all find our lives swept away

Raven is one of Dave's finest lyrical works. And the chords sound great when played on acoustic.

Exactly why I said it is great acoustic. I just think the band could have been put to better use on that song.

come back.........
jtr, spotlight, more pig, solo raven (yes at band shows), they should nail fool to think and dreams of our fathers. start to cover "mr brightside", ykn and stone should be as essential as ddtw. sweeeet up and down. so right, dreams of our fathers, trouble with you, spoon,

re try,
sleep to dream her, put the lerio chorus in another song, i remember at gm place 2003, rois sax sent musical chills down me, but the song its self doesnt work some how (those chords make a cool funk jam)....... i liked the old 36 ala red rocks far more than the new everyday

leave,
stand up (not that i dont like it live but its way to common and in danger of becoming there new signature sound to the masses). old dirt hill is dull
all along the watchtower is great, but if they keep playing daily for 15 years its gonna crack soon.
