The absolute best one that I've ever been to was just last Saturday 8/13 at SBC in SF. The energy was fantastic, the music was amazing, and myself being a long time trumpet player, seeing Rashawn play with DMB was out of this world.

Just about any 2000 show will beat that hands down. They used to play sets like this all the time so I think everyone going nuts over it is more a product of them giving us really shitty setlists on a consistent basis this past year and then all of a sudden coming out with something amazing like this and everyone eating it up.

im gonna have to go ahead and agree with nitro right here. i do think the shittiness of sets has helped this one become a fast legend here. although i will not deny by any means it was a killer set.

but like kahn said the i did it tease is just perfect. just shows how creative dave is and also shows he isnt blind to what people like and dislike. he played it as a joke because he knows no one wants to hear it

wow im turning into john madden

idk man i have to disagree. sure he had his the baritone out but he played it because he knew we would be saying this type of stuff today. he played it to be funny, not for the fans per se

I think that we can all agree that this is a phenomenal show for THIS tour, and a great show overall.

You werent even there, much less heard it. How can you say something is better when you have yet to hear the product. Someone can say they are going to paint a picture of a bridge (monet), and you will think "whatever, same ol' same ol'" But then actually see the painting, and watch it become one of the most famous pieces of art ever.
