holy god, that's one of the worst things i've heard.
if dave is the person i percieve him to be, i bet he feels awful. i wonder if he feels that he might be responsible for it...not really responisble, but regrets. it was the driver's fault for being drunk, kid's fault,(bad word for it), for crossing the road and not peering onto the roadways for traffic. either way, just a horrible situation.
i'm not religious in a way i in joy church, but religious in a way I believe in God, and all that other jazz. I don't believe in organied religion..feel like i'm attending a cult meeting when i go to church.
never the less...my prayers go out to all those affected by this.
i hope this is an awakening for venues to start a program like that of starwood.
warning sign of things to come

Doesn't SPAC normally get to see something cool, like a rare song or something, because they like the venue? i thought that was the theory.

SPAC is one of their favorite places to play. This year Dave commented on stage about how him and Roi were talkin about how the place always has such good energy and stuff. At the end of the show this year the busses sped through and all the band members were hangin out the windows yelling into the crowd and stuff...it was truly great. They always rock the house in SPAC...favorite show I've been to. I just hope this awful news doesn't change anything.

On a side note I was in the parking lot when all the ambulences and fire trucks were coming through. Everyone knew that something was up.

from ants, anyone at spac might be interested in this...
After the Saturday July 2nd SPAC concert, a DMB concert attendee was struck by a vehicle while leaving the concert and died. The hit and run occurred at the intersection of Geyser Road and Route 50 at 11:37. Anyone who saw anything related to the accident should call Sgt. Wildy at (518)584-1800
UPDATE: Police have arrested 30-year-old Alexander Bennett. Police are looking for anyone that saw him drinking at the concert.
