ticket advice
So last year the damn scalpers beat me to buying dave tickets. I refuse to buy lawn seats cause i would much rather not get there 7 hours early and run for my seat, plus i came to watch dave play live not watch a huge tv screen of him 200 yards in front of me.
So any tips on buying from ticket master and actually getting reserved seats?

if you can, put two computers in the same room, invite a friend over for the 10am sale and both get tickets as soon as its allowed...and purchase whichever pair is best

Going to a ticket master sucks. I tried that once, there were probably 200 people waiting and they randomly drew numbers to reorganize the line so campers wouldn't not get the best seats. How does warehouse seating work, they go on sale earlier, right? Is it worth the 40 dollars to possible get close seats?

Were the best seats. After the WH's reorganization, you've got just about as good a chance with TM, and you don't have to pay $30 to do it.hofdaddy wrote:Nobody's part of the warehouse? Those are the best seats

No shit! For years I have been getting AWESOME seats through the warehouse! It seems I should pay attention to the boards more often. Dammit. Well I guess I will see this year. I have been a member there since 2/2000

Proper recon is essential.
Identify all TM locations within your 100 miles of your area (seriously), identify the demographic of said areas, the size of each said areas, and then identify which of the TM locales will have the fewest customers and hit that one and be first. Of course, you must take into account that many TM locations do a lottery, meaning you could be first in line and then they make everyone draw a ticket and then they re-organize the line according to drawn ticket numbers.
Do your research and hit it holmes, as long as the line isn't over a 100 people you'll get your seats.
Peace,
C
