Dave and Tim in Vegas (may have an extra ticket)

I was just informed that I got two tickets to the Dave and Tim show in Vegas (Friday Dec. 11th) and they are in section 104, row B, which to my understanding is second row orchestra. The person I was going with isn't quite sure if they can make the trip. If they can't go, I'm offering the ticket for $150 or best offer. (Similar seats were on ticket hub for +700).
