I didnt feel like starting a new topid so its going here:

Does anyone else stop at the "Your message has been entered successfully." screen after you make a post?

Normally it sits there for like a second or two then goes to the thread, but mine just sits there forever now.

yeah, without 5-30 i wouldn't have been able to tell anything, but since it didn't appear to be slow for anyone else, it was either your network or whatever pipe your network uses to connect to my datacenter.

Larger threads take a really long time to load.

The first time a long thread is opened, it'll take a bit longer to grab the raw data and cache it, but it should never be a "really long" time (<two tenths of a second), and I'm unable to reproduce this. The next time you see it happen, could you scroll down to the very bottom and note the numbers after "Time" and "Load"? That should help me narrow it down.

Edit: Also, is the page completely blank during that long loading time? Or is it loading some of it, then stalling out on the rest?

Yikes, I've never seen anything like that, that's crazy. I think I've found the two queries responsible, going to work on tuning them.
