I sent a PM earlier today, and when I checked to see if I received a reply from that person, I noticed that my original message was still in the "Outbox" instead of in "Sentmail."
Does this mean that the message hasn't been sent yet? When will the message move from Outbox to Sentmail?
thanks

It means they haven't read it yet
If it's still in the Outbox, you can delete or edit it. Once they've read it (and it moves to Sentbox), you can't do either.
