Can't see new messages
Whenever I click on a forum, it gives me posts that are a few days old. I can't see any topics from yesterday or today unless I hit refresh in every forum, topic, message, everything. Anyone know why this is happening. I never logged out or messed with my cookies.

Set your "Days to keep in history" to something low (mine's set to 5)
Click "Settings..." under "Temporary Internet Files" and set "Check for newer versions of stored pages" to "Every visit to the page" and lower your amount of disk space used.
That should do it.
