Threads displaying incorrectly

Unread post by whatshername » Fri Oct 04, 2013 8:34 am

When I use "View New Posts", the site is incorrectly displaying the most recent page of the thread. For example, the Ask Anyone Anything thread is displaying the most recent page as 1680 when really it's 1704. I tried manually clicking through each of the pages figuring that maybe the server would mark them as read..even though that's never been the case..but it didn't work anyway. It's happening to all threads it seems. Running Google Chrome version 29.0.1547.76m but it was also happening on my iPhone last night.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding your issue, but are you sure that it isn't bringing you to the first unread post?

Gotta be. The only two people it's happened to are ones with lengthy absences. Mark all as read and try again, guy.

Yeah, that did it.

Now if I could only ctrl+click or middle mouse button click to open threads in a new tab and not have the current tab I'm in also move to that page.

Actually, this is still an issue for me. But only when I click the "View New Posts" button. If I go into the actual forum it's fine.
