two step "newer jam"

Unread post by mac4140 » Mon Mar 31, 2003 12:46 am

I think the 7 & 8's on the "newer jam" for two step should be on the D string, not the A string...atleast from what I remember from watching woodstock and playin...and the first note i hit is the 7, not the 8...sounds good...i don't know...peace

You may be right....I've had someone say that to me before but I was unable to find my Listener Supported DVD to confirm. I found it the other day and will take a look. Thanks

its not really a 'jam'...dave just adds the 7 & 8's for a lil sound after the bridge/fill....the DA DA DA DA...then he goes 7 8 7 8 7 8 with the 10 on the A string with em....i'm pretty sure he plays it all the time now....i know that he did it at woodstock...so if you have a video check that out...you'll see it easily.....hope this made even a little sense...peace
