i have found the way that this site shows what fingers are used for chords on the tabs is fairly confusing. i am suggesting this new way that i think is much easier. i know that it would be tough to try to change all yer tabs, but...
here is an example, with the Crush chorus.
Chorus (parenthesis are the fingers for each chord..)
E:--------------------------------------------------------------------------
B:-------------------------------------------------------------------------
G:---12--(4)--------------12--(4)-----------12--(4)-----------12--(4)--
D:---10--(2)--------------12--(3)-----------10--(1)------------9--(1)--
A:----8--(1)--------------10--(1)-----------10--(1)-----------10--(2)--
D:--------------------------------------------------------------------------
this just seems easier than listing them all off at the end of the tab...

two things:
1) this site only shows the fingerings on the either really strange/ really hard dave chords (if you're trying to play dave, you should know how to finger most chords)
2) that might cause some confusion b/c in a tab you signify an optional chord/note with a parentheses just as you have done...
