Good Straps

Topics about musical instruments other than guitar should go here. There's bound to be a Carter, LeRoi, or Yo-Yo Ma out there.

Good Straps

Unread post by Mikey » Tue Jul 22, 2008 11:54 am

Long time since I've posted in this forum

Over the past years I've wandered from the low end, playing some guitar and learning piano. I'm hoping to get back to my instrumental roots and get back playing the bass. I'm selling my current bass (Mexican made Fender Standard Precision) and just bought a Fender Jazz Highway One. Right now, my current strap sucks (its not comfy, the bottom hole always comes undone) and I'm looking for a replacement. Any suggestions on what brands/styles I should be looking into that are going to be effective, durable, and comfortable?

Nope.

I've been using the same strap for years, and it's still the only strap I use, and I have four basses. I need to get some new ones. Moving the strap from bass to bass is a pain.
