Topics about musical instruments other than guitar should go here. There's bound to be a Carter, LeRoi, or Yo-Yo Ma out there.

Tabbed from: a lot of Joyrides
Code: Select all
This shows you what notes to play, not how many times they are played because he does a lot of rhythmic variation over the 5-7 versions I used to tab this. For example in the breakdown, where it says '-----1------' Stefan may in fact play something like '--1---11-11-.' Just listen, just about every version of this song from 04 has different variation.
Verse
--------------------------------------------
--------------------------------------------
-----------3-2---------------------3-2-3----
---3--33-------(whoosh!)----3-33------------
End of verse
-------------------
-------------------
---3---3---3---3---
-------------------
Chorus
------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------
----577---------x7/9--7--4---------5/7--4-------------
0----------5-------------------0------------5---------

---7/-10h12p10\--7-----x7/9--7---------79h10--7--5---x7/9--7--4---777/---
--------------------0--------------5---------------0---------------------
Transition

--0----2----3----1--
Bridge
----------------------------------------------------------------------
----------------------------------------------------------------------
---------------------0------------------------3--------1--------5-----
----1--------3---------------0--------1-------------------------------
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
-------------------------------------------------------------------7---
---------------------0------------------------3--------1--------5----5-
----1--------3---------------0--------1--------------------------------
End the bridge with
---------------

---------------
----5/\5/\5----
Back to the verse, and end.

If you want to play the verse so it sounds good, play it like this:
Code: Select all
Verse:
G:------------------------------------------------------
D:------------------------------------------------------
A:------3-5-3-2-------3-5-3-2-3----------------------
E:---3---------------3----------------------------------
End of Verse:
G:-------------------------------------------------------
D:-----(3)-----(3)---(3)---(3)---------------------------
A:-------------------------------------------------------
E:--1-------1------1-----1---------------------------------
