Mind you, i almost never tab by ear, so this is one of my first attempts. I think the main verse riff is pretty on(?), and i'm working on getting the other parts of the song. The song itself isn't too complicated, the only thing that's hindering me is my own ear. Comments appreciated.
EDIT: all done I think. I'm a little proud of myself. This is my first song i've completely tabbed by ear. I did not include most of the fills and stuff that Benj Gershman throws in, but these will get you going. Enjoy and tell me if i suck.

Main riff/verse
Note: the 3, 2, 1 is the lead into the bassline after the guitar intro. Repeat from the low G afterward.
G:------------------------------------------
D:------------------------------------------
A:-3-2-1------3--5--3-----5---5--7--5/------
E:---------3---------------------------------
Mini-breakdown/pre-chorus w/ sax:
G:-------------------------------------------
D:-------------------------------------------
A:-1---1--2-2--3---3--4-4--5---------------
E:-------------------------------------------
Chorus:
Very similar to the verse, but let the notes ring out more and slide into them where you feel it's appropriate. To lead back into the verse riff, I think Benj plays that final E as a triplet.
G:------------------------------------------
D:------------------------------------------
A:----3--5--3----5---5--7--5--7/---------
E:-3-----------------------------------------
To finish it off, Benj adds a few slide during the rests of the main verse riff, sorta like stefan does on the Crush bridge. The last note is a D, I believe.
