Easy Drum Songs

Topics about musical instruments other than guitar should go here. There's bound to be a Carter, LeRoi, or Yo-Yo Ma out there.

Easy Drum Songs

Unread post by Alfonso41 » Sun May 29, 2005 7:20 pm

Hey guys,
My sis has been playing drums for about 8 months now and shes not that bad for just starting out. And i know that there probably aren't too many, but I was wondering if there were any Dave songs that are really easy to play on drums so I can play along with guitar. And also where I could get the tabs. I was watching the LS DVD and Stone did'nt look to difficult to play, but i was just wondering about any others. Thanks for your help.

Peace.

The Stone?? Very Difficult for a beginner, except MAYBE the chorus

As far as dave songs go...try, STJL, Halloween, DDTW, Crush, SMTS, something off of everyday, I dunno

If she is just starting out I say stay away from Dave altogether right now, learn some much simplier songs right now and you play along

Well I didn't mean it like that. I just know that a while ago I had this sheet for Day Tripper, I don't know what it was, but it was more or less like tabs but for drums. Not actual music or anything.
Anyways, thanks everyone for your help.

Peace.

I think one of the easist songs to play on the drums(for me) is #41 and Sattelite. Of course I have been studying Carter Beauford as long as i have been playing drums
Cuz you might die trying
I was feelin' like a creep as I watch you asleep face down in the grass in the middle of a hot afternoon, your top was untied and I thought : how nice, i can watch the sweat follow down your spine
