Carter's Kit

Topics about musical instruments other than guitar should go here. There's bound to be a Carter, LeRoi, or Yo-Yo Ma out there.

Carter's Kit

Unread post by carter29 » Tue Nov 30, 2004 2:31 pm

Ok Beauford is my idol but it seems he always has something new in his Kit, no website seems to have an up-to-date picture or analysis of his kit so anyone know what all he is using?

I am always noticing new drums to the far left of him and the wavy cymbals, and the blocks to his right... so whats the deal?

Oh, just go to the LP site. Ive been there and they have a BIO and specifics.

Does it really matter though? All woodblocks and temple blocks sound the same. I have a percussion set up next to my set...but it sounds fine.

I have a good diagram of it on my computer, but I can't figure out how to post it on here. Any help would be great.
