Talented jazz musicians.

Topics about musical instruments other than guitar should go here. There's bound to be a Carter, LeRoi, or Yo-Yo Ma out there.

NOT guitarists. Give me a list, please. I'm looking for music, and I think I've covered quite a few guitarists already.
Stay with me, safe and ignorant.

listen to anything bebop or hardbop, because its insanely crazy fast. But the mellower stuff might be cooler stuff to listen to.

Yes bop is by far the hardest music to write. Crazy stuff. Jazz is dying and it is sad. Now they call Jazz nothing but fusion and it is true.

Wayne Shorter
Roy Haynes
Clifford Brown
Max Roach
Art Blakey and the Jazz Messengers

most of them have already been named. These guys are the greats.

more fusion then anything. still jazz, but I think he meant straight away/bebop.
