yeah at one point i thought i really wanted one. jerry garcia used the...damnit i forgot the specific name of it( ...mutron 3?) in a lot of songs, including shakedown street. that was my main motivation. unfortunately they dont make anything anymore...so i did a hard target search throughought nashville and found myself at this beat down used music shit shop with about 6 inches to walk around and shit piled randomly to the ceiling. so i found a bass that was intact, plugged the mutron into this little shit amp with some shit cords...it really wasnt worth it. i ended up getting a boss dynamic wah pedal that did everything i needed and wasnt old as shit. i dont know why i felt compelled to tell that storybassman462 wrote:anyone ever used mutron effect pedals? i wish i had enough money to buy a bunch of them.

musictronics or something like that has the mutron III+ which is just a remake. bootsy collins uses the originial, and if i ever get into a band that records im going to get my hands on a mutron biphase.

I love connections, I'm getting a battery cage, a new proffesional set up, a wax job, and more for my corvette, because I played at this thing today and i talked to the guy who does the design for their website said he could do it for me, free of charge. I do know his daughter and brother. more is brother since i was doing a project with him this past week. but ya, im excited to play it after it's all brand newish.
