Need Help Writing Out Piano Sheet Music To A Song

Can somebody help me in writing the sheet music for "Philadelphia Morning" off of the Rocky soundtrack. Its this great mellow piano part in the early part of the movie. I don't think it would be too hard to do, its sounds simple enough, but I need a trained ear to help me with it. I can send you the song over AIM because I'm guessing nobody has it. Any help would be greatly, greatly appreciated.
