Sorry if this is a repeat, but I searched for anything about it on the site and the number of results was overwhelming. I just have a few questions.
When Godin calls it a two voice electric guitar, do they mean it can produce both an electric voice and an acoustic voice? I think this is what I am understanding from their website.
Secondly, if this is what they mean, what good are the acoustic sounds?
Finally, they say they ahve two output jacks on the guitar, one for the pure electirc, but the other is a "mix"? How does that work? Do you get silmantenous sounds of an acoustic guitar with an electric?
Just wondering because I enjoy playing worship music for my youth group/church and want an electric guitar, but also would like an acoustic I could amplify for larger settings. Anyone who helps out thanks beforehand.

ok, im definately the one to answer this lol.
i have a Godin LGX which is also a 2 voiced guitar.
what 2 voiced is:
my guitar has 2 seymour duncan humbuckers and an LR Baggs acoustic bridge.
there is a 3 way switch that chooses between electric, acoustic, and mix. the seymour duncans are incredible, the acoustics are near perfect (even through an electric amp; think of what a chet atkins or a crowdster does), and the mix is very nice (im not one to judge much as it is to make it sound like a hollowbody)
3 outputs, one for electric, acoustic, and mix.
5 way switch for the humbuckers
coil tap knob (humbucker sound, single coil sound, and anywhere in between)
acoustic EQ (notches in top left corner of guitar)
sperzel locking tuners
probably more stuff too
it is easily the best electric guitar ive ever played. i love it. id never trade it for any electric guitar. i highly recommend you buy it. i was actually considering the solidac, but i love my LGX hehe.
isaac has a custom sdxt that he loves too by the way. its not 2 voiced, but its still Godin quality.
check my sig for pics.
