DL-4 with a...DD-6?

Unread post by Mykoal » Tue Mar 02, 2004 12:53 am

I currently have a dl-4 and want to latch a boss
pedal with it...Wondering what would work best with it?
If it should be a DD-6, what can I expect to do with the 2 together...
thanks to everyone in advance...

Tim Reynolds uses a DL-4 and a DD-5 so I would imagine you could do some crazy shit

both are delay pedals...that's the major thing. lol. you'll have more control with the delay on the dd-6, though.

yes and from what i have heard the DL-4 is more of a looping device, so you can loop a rhythm part, then solo over it using the delay from the DD-6

he definitly hhas some talent, just listen to how he made his own style out of some dave tunes....really sticks with his style, and his whole looping deal is great, but i think isaac was inferring that he is not the best technicle player, which unfortunatly is true, i have seen him live plenty and have seen him mess simple things up plenty bbut i love his music...peace

by the way i have a dl-4 connected with the line 6.....also, connected to that i have a boss aw-4 auto-wah pedal and a oc-2 octave pedal, love all of them, though i kinda wish i would have bought a regular wah instead, however the boss one can do human voul sounds so its kind of unique....anythiun you want to ask me is cool...peace
