Lakewood M-32.....any thoughts

Hi, i'm new to this forum and i was wondering if anyone has played or seen a Lakewood M-32. It looks like a great guitar and i know dave played it on Live at Luther but i was wondering on how it plays, sounds, etc... Any help would be great!

welcome to the boards bro! From what I have the M-32 is a kick ass guitar. Some local store by me sells them but I haven't had a chance to check them out

Lakewood makes nice reasonable priced guitars. From teh couple I've played the tone strikes me very similar to a Taylor, which is to say it is a balanced guitar with slight emphasias on the higher partials. Good overtone content and clean build. Good price too.

Yeah, that's on nice guitar. However I beilieve Dave played his HD-28v for L@LC. The picture on the back of the cd isn't from Luther.

Yeah, I haven't played a Lakewood at all, but from what I hear they are excellent guitars :-)
