New Guitar Question Martin Dc 1e

Hey just picked up a used (practically new) Martin dc 1e for 7 :?: 00 bucks. Anyone have this guitar or know any pros or cons about it? I didn't check anything out before I bought it, actually I went to get my old gibson some new strings, saw it, played it and HAD TO HAVE IT! Also if anyone has it, could you recommend some good strings for it? Thanks EverybodY!!

i have one similar to that

pick up some martin phosphor bronzes

theyre only like 6 bucks.. dont bother buying coated ones

i got mine when it was 10 years old, and its solid top
so its pretty, uhh, "ripe"
ihavent had any problems with humidity, i dont do anything with it

as for the humididty thing, i would love to help, but i dont have any experience or anything .. so yeah

keep in mind that this thing is 11 years old.. they may have changed their standards since then, so quality might be a little different on the new ones
