What is this guitar? Where are they sold? What is the story behind it? Does it have any children?

Random movie quote to make you seem hip and "with it": I'm thinking about getting metal legs. It's a risky operation, but it'll be worth it.

Usually I like to leave my A&L and my Tak in a dark room, light a few candles and put on some porno music over night. I wake up the next morning and I find a baby Taylor all ready for me to play!

really? well its a shame that your baby taylor is probably sterile.. you know that inter-species breeding doesnt give fertile offspring.

It is expensive but it is less expensive than any of the other true acoustics (other than the Yamaha country jumbo) shown here under Dave's gear. It can also be customized for a reasonable amount as well. You'd be hard pressed to get that kind of service from a factory like taylor or martin.
