Quick question for Sansamp acoustic DI owners.
Ok, I've gotten my Sansamp acoustic DI tweaked to where I like it. But one question still remains. If I'm using the sansamp with a PA, and the boss tu-2 tuner in the effects loop (as shown in the manual provided), does the sansamp power the tuner? Or would I have to use batteries or an adapter for the tuner as well?
Sansamp Question
Re: Sansamp Question
ok first, the sansamp can only power itself through phantom power.Adam614ce wrote:Quick question for Sansamp acoustic DI owners.

second, why do you have a tuner in the effects loop. you'de be just as well served to have it first in your line before any effects (even the sansamp is an effect) so yo get a clean signal. or you'd want it at the end so you could use it as a switch to turn off your entire rig (say your dd6 looping gets out of control or you have a noisy pedal that you'd like to hush up between songs).
third, if all you have is a tuner, it doesn't matter what i said in "second", except that you wouldn't have to go buy the extra connector if you just put it in a series.
